We've used Ronnie's numerous times over the last few years for body work. They do an excellent job and ALWAYS go above and beyond with extras to make our vehicle look the best possible, including detailing the inside. Despite being busy and sometimes having to wait a couple extra days in order to get a rental car from them, once they have your vehicle they make quick work of it. Highly recommend!

I recently had some body work done on my vehicle at Ronnie's it was a relatively small job for them but they never once made me feel like I was less important than any of their bigger jobs.Everything was done in a very timely manner, they were exact to the estimate that they gave me and my paint matched perfectly, which I was nervous about because my vehicle is really RED. They even returned my vehicle to me detailed which was a very unexpected pleasant surprise! Tony was super professional<br>and easy to work with. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I haven’t actually used Ronnie’s for service, but I got to see first hand, how amazing these guys are a month ago! I was driving down Vienna road when my car began to over heat. I didn’t want to leave it on the side of the road, so I went into Ronnie’s to see if I could park it until my brother came. The guys working came out and checked my car and told me it was my water pump, and helped me cool my engine down with water. (Mind you, they were closed at the time).<br>Then the owner came over and sat with me until my ride came and offered to get my car towed to Tottens in Birch Run. The kindness I received from everyone working there made me want to cry. Overall GREAT people, and if I EVER need any services, I will be sure to go to them and will forever recommend them to others.<br>Thank you Ronnie’s, for restoring my faith in humanity!

Ronnie’s is AMAZING!! I have used them for years! Professional, explain everything to me before starting and when finished explain all they did. They are quick. I can’t say enough good things about them! I genuinely can not say enough good things about this company. They were so kind to my daughter, she is a single working mom and they worked with her so she would not be without transportation. When my daughter was so overwhelmed with insurance company they took matters into their own hands and walked my daughter step by step through the process. I'll never go anywhere else. They will forever have our business.

I was pleasantly greeted by Tony who was with another customer. He made me Feel instantly welcome. As I listened and waited, it was clear he is a pretty remarkable guy. He was patient, listened and respectful to the older lady before me. I was then pleasantly greeted by Ronnie. I never once felt like a " girl who knew nothing" or just "another customer." The establishment was clean and easy to find. Tony has excellent customer service. Patient, quick and proficient. I was then greeted by the dog! We snuggled and no one was bothered by the love this animal gave me. Tony offered to fax all the necessary paperwork and everything was super relaxed. Thank you for your kind service, it was very much appreciated.

This is the go to place to have your vehicle repaired! Great customer service and excellent work done! Tony has been so great and such a huge help! Picked up my car and not only was it washed it was also detailed on the inside! Very professional and have definitely gained a new customer! Telling everyone I know about Ronnies!!

They were all very friendly and took great care of me and my van! Maintained great communication from start to finish so I always knew what to expect. One of the very few places that I called they offered loaner vehicles as well, though there was a waiting list for them. But a waiting list means I'm not the only one who thinks they do great work!

We had to have a new fender put on our 2000 Lincoln. They did a great job.They matched the paint perfectly for being such an old car. We would not hesitate to take our car back there.
